Shipping Policy:

Processing: Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Tracking sent by email/SMS.
Rates: $6 flat rate under $60. Free shipping on $60+. U.S. only.
Delivery: Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. PO Boxes and APO/FPO accepted, but times may vary.

Returns:

Eligible: Merchandise only (unused, in original condition/packaging, within 30 days). Coffee, sample packs, consumables, and gift cards are final sale.
Refunds: Damaged/incorrect items → free return shipping. Other returns → $6 deducted from refund. Refunds processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Process: Email hello@pixiesbrew.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
