Every cup is part of a story. We don’t just roast coffee - we weave it into a ritual, with single-serving pour-overs, seasonal flavor profiles, and hidden collectibles tucked into your order.

Both. Some Pixies present coffees from a single origin, others offer blends that highlight their personality. We’ll tell you the source and roast style for each.

We roast in small batches, let the coffee rest until it reaches its peak, then seal each packet within days. Before sealing, we flush the packet with nitrogen to protect the flavor - keeping oxygen out and the Grove’s magic in. Properly stored, your coffee will stay fresh for up to 12 months from the roast date, so every brew tastes just as it should.

Just hot water and a cup. The pour-over filter is built right in.
