Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or text.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8 for all orders under $50
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders $50 and above
Shipping rates are calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Tracking & Delivery
All shipments include a tracking number. You'll be notified via email or SMS once your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier volume, but most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
We currently do not specify carriers, and selection may vary based on logistics and order size.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer and tracking may be limited once the package is handed off to military or postal forwarding systems.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Pixies Brew is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages marked as "delivered" but not received
- Delivery interruptions due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues
