Rates: $8 flat rate under $50. Free shipping on $50+. U.S. only.

Delivery: Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. PO Boxes and APO/FPO accepted, but times may vary.

Returns:
- Quality Guarantee: If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or issue a refund.
- Merchandise: Returns accepted within 30 days (unused, original packaging). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Non-Returnable: Coffee, sample packs, consumables, and gift cards are final sale for food safety reasons.
- Submit a Return: Log into your customer account or email hello@pixiesbrew.com.
