Rates: $6 flat rate under $50. Free shipping on $50+. U.S. only.

Delivery: Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. PO Boxes and APO/FPO accepted, but times may vary.

Returns:
- 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns: Signature Sachet 10-Packs (at least 6 of 10 sachets still sealed) and unused merchandise in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refund with return shipping at your expense, or store credit with a free return label.
- Quality Guarantee: If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or issue a refund — return shipping on us.
- Non-Returnable: Bagged coffee, Pixie Pieces, stickers, and gift cards are final sale for food safety reasons.
